The location is perfect for Kansas City. Didn't feel secure that room was clean after encountering dirty soap dish. Front desk charged me twice for a movie, and promptly tried to correct it when I called down, but clerk didn't know how to use technology and wasted my time trying to figure out the refund. ...read more

This is an outstanding facility. Friendly staff and wonderful rooms. I enjoyed the high definition TV's and comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the Country Club Plaza area and will most definitely stay at the Sheraton Suites in the future. ...read more
